We do not outsource your work to someone overseas – We actually have experience working for Florida attorneys. Attorney Services’ virtual paralegals are real paralegals who choose to work virtually rather than from a brick-and-mortar office. Our paralegals have experience with Florida law and are familiar with the Florida rules and procedures.
We are also familiar with various counties’ policies and procedures (but we also know that these frequently change, so we also know to always check judge’s procedures.)
Plans that work for you
Our monthly plans allow you to purchase a block of hours – from 6 hours per month to 60 hours -- and then we bill against those hours in 5-minute increments. The plan automatically renews on the 1st of each month, and you can renew your plan early if you run out of hours. You will also receive a weekly timesheet with a breakdown of how your hours were used, making it easy to pass those costs on to your clients.
Built-in staff management
The great part of our service that distinguishes us is that we have a team of paralegals with different specialties, but you don’t have to spend the time figuring out what tasks you should delegate to which paralegal; we take care of that for you. (I like to say you get the benefit of multiple brains, but you only have to deal with one personality. 😊
